You all know my obsession with cozy oversized sweaters and this one from Piace Boutique is definitely the coziest sweater I own! It is so soft and comfy! I love the pretty lavender color and it’s perfect to wear as we get into spring because it is not too thick. You can also wear it off the shoulder. A lightweight sweater, white pants, and wedges is one of my favorite looks for winter to Spring transition.
There are so many other tips and secrets to transitioning your outfits into Spring, but here are some of my favorites:
All About The Shoes
My favorite thing to wear into Spring are open toe shoes. I especially love open toe booties or these wedges above that will definitely be on repeat until Fall! Don’t toss those winter booties too far though! They would also look cute with jeans & a tee or shorts & a lightweight sweater.
Show Me Some Skin
Now, I don’t mean flaunt that birthday suit but the sun’s shining and it’s getting warm, so let that winter skin absorb some Vitamin D! Whether you’re wearing an off the shoulder top, tee shirt, or tank, toss those heavy winter layers in exchange for something lighter.
Pull Out The Pastels
Anything pastel colored screams Spring. Just like in this particular outfit, wearing light colors made it more Spring-y as opposed to pairing this sweater with, say, black leggings, black booties, and dark accessories which would give more of a Winter vibe.
White Pants
Anything paired with white pants automatically give a fresh, put together look. I especially love pairing white pants into Spring with neutral or light colored sweaters.
Frost Yourself
If you’re a How to Lose a Guy In Ten Days fan like me and understood this title, I love you! Haha! But really, accessories make or break any look so make sure your accessories match the season! I always trade my dark colored bags for my colored or neutral ones. You can also add a lightweight scarf to an outfit which I love doing because you can take it off if it gets to warm or throw in on when it gets chilly.
